A unique, interactive experience
The documentary will be an interactive experience as viewers will be able to take a scientifically validated assessment to measure their OWN digital dependence and get their score during the documentary.
They will also receive recommendations for how to improve their tech habits and an invitation to do a group challenge and continue participating in active research.

600+ people of all ages, backgrounds, and goals will be recruited to test the effectiveness of different digital detox interventions.
